Overall Construction Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi
We are currently looking for an
experienced Overall Construction Manager to join a leading
PMC team for a major LNG project in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all site construction activities for the LNG project ensuring alignment with project schedule, quality, and safety standards.
- Oversee EPC contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications and PMC requirements.
- Ensure construction activities are executed in accordance with HSE policies, procedures, and international standards.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and commissioning teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor construction progress and provide regular reporting to project management and client.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with client specifications, local regulations, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil / Electrical or related discipline).
- Minimum 20+ years of experience in Oil & Gas projects.
- Extensive experience in LNG projects is mandatory.
- Strong experience working on ADNOC projects.
- Strong background working in PMC roles on large-scale EPC projects.
- Proven experience managing large multidisciplinary construction teams.
- Experience in Middle East projects is preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in FEED to EPC execution phases.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with mega LNG facilities, cryogenic systems, and large-scale industrial construction.
