Construction Manager

This is a full-time, on-site Construction Manager role based in Abu Dhabi. The Construction Manager will oversee, coordinate, and execute all aspects of construction projects to ensure they are completed efficiently, within budget, and on schedule. Responsibilities include managing resources, supervising site staff and contractors, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, preparing project plans, and maintaining communication with stakeholders to provide updates and address issues. The individual will also be responsible for solving day-to-day challenges on-site while ensuring compliance with project specifications and client expectations.

• Proficiency in Project Planning, Scheduling, and Cost Management
• Knowledge of Health and Safety Management and adherence to Quality Control standards
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
• Experience with Claims Preparation and Dispute Management
• Understanding of financial planning and resource allocation in construction projects
• Familiarity with relevant construction laws, regulations, and codes
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Previous on-site construction management experience is essential
• Proficiency in construction software and project management tools is highly advantageous
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
