Construction Manager - Roads + Bridges - Dubai

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Manager specializing in Roads and Bridges, based in Dubai. Responsibilities include overseeing project planning and execution, ensuring safety standards, managing budgets, supervising teams, and monitoring project progress to meet deadlines. The Construction Manager will maintain effective project control, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and best practices.

• Strong Supervisory Skills for managing teams and overseeing project progress
• Experience in Budgeting and effective financial management of construction projects
• Expertise in Construction Safety protocols and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Comprehensive knowledge of Construction procedures and methods
• Proficiency in Project Control, including scheduling and monitoring project timelines
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in managing roads and bridges projects
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
• Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and local industry standards
