Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant at Deep Seek AI. The selected candidate will manage daily administrative tasks, including calendar and diary management, scheduling meetings, managing communication, and supporting executives in their professional and personal responsibilities. The role also involves handling correspondence, organizing travel arrangements, preparing reports, and ensuring efficient and seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Strong Communication skills and proficiency in managing professional and personal correspondence
- Expertise in Diary Management and scheduling, including managing appointments and calendars
- Solid Clerical Skills, including document preparation, filing, and data organization
- Outstanding time-management abilities and attention to detail
- Flexibility and adaptability for working in a remote environment
- Proficiency in office management tools and software
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, preferred
