Construction Manager Hotel Project (Main Contractor)
The Construction Manager leads end-to-end site delivery of a major hotel development, ensuring programme certainty, cost control, quality excellence, and HSE compliance. The role oversees all construction operations, subcontractor performance, commercial coordination, and resource management to deliver the project on time, within budget, and to premium hospitality standards.
Core Focus Areas:
- Full responsibility for construction execution, sequencing, and site operations
- Cost, commercial, and contract control, including value engineering and risk management
- Leadership of site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Delivery of luxury-quality standards in structure, finishes, and services
- Strong governance on HSE, QA/QC, and regulatory compliance
- Interface management with client, consultants, authorities, and internal stakeholders
- Oversight of mobilization, logistics, procurement coordination, and commissioning
Profile Fit:
- Strong background with Tier-1 main contractors
- Proven experience delivering hotel / hospitality / mixed-use developments
- Deep knowledge of construction methodologies, cost control, and project delivery systems
