Job Description
PROCER is recruiting on behalf of its client for two Construction Managers for a major offshore project on Das Island, Abu Dhabi.
Open positions:
- Construction Manager – Mechanical
- Construction Manager – Electrical
Package
- Salary: AED 25,000–28,000/month
- Offshore allowance: AED 3,000/month while offshore
- Accommodation & meals: Provided
- Transport: Company flight from Abu Dhabi to Das Island
- Rotation: Every 3 months with 3 weeks leave
- Availability: Immediate / short notice preferred
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 10–15+ years construction experience
- Minimum 5 years in a managerial / Construction Manager role
- Strong Oil & Gas, Offshore or Petrochemical construction background
- Contractor-side site management experience
- Strong coordination with Engineering, Procurement, QA/QC, HSE and subcontractors
- ADNOC / Das Island experience is a strong advantage
- Offshore / HUET certification required for island deployment
- Fluent English
