Role Overview
We are looking for a Head of Operations to lead the execution of construction projects across multiple sites in Egypt. The role focuses on project management, site execution, and contractor coordination, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end construction projects from planning to completion
- Coordinate contractors, consultants, and suppliers on-site
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required standards
- Supervise site activities including civil works, infrastructure, and installations
- Monitor progress, resolve issues, and report to management
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards
Requirements
- Required experience in construction project management
- Strong on-site experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Solid understanding of civil works and infrastructure projects
- Experience working with contractors and local authorities in Egypt
- Fluent in Arabic and English
