Job Brief:
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage construction projects in Dubai, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and client satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute construction projects from start to finish.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Lead and coordinate project teams, including subcontractors and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit project reports, progress updates, and claims.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management.
- RERA License is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Civil and MEP coordination.
- Proven ability to manage the full project lifecycle.
- Experience handling contractors, consultants, and authorities.
- Project planning, budgeting, execution, and handover.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction regulations and standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Valid driving license preferred.
