Role Description
The Construction Project Manager Fit-Out is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of interior fit-out projects, ensuring works are completed in line with approved designs, specifications, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The role requires close coordination with clients, designers, consultants, mall/landlord management, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution and successful handover.
Key responsibilities include managing site activities, coordinating multiple trades (joinery, MEP, finishes, FF&E), controlling costs and variations, monitoring progress against schedules, and ensuring compliance with HSE requirements and landlord/authority regulations. The Project Manager plays a critical role in resolving site issues, maintaining quality, and delivering high-end interior finishes.
