About the Role Construction Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Construction Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project execution across our construction and MEP operations. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of UAE experience, with a proven ability to manage multiple sites, lead workforce teams, and ensure the timely completion of all project activities in accordance with UAE construction and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle management of construction and MEP projects from planning to handover
- Lead and supervise site teams, engineers, supervisors, and a workforce of 50100 staff
- Coordinate and manage all civil, structural, MEP, and finishing works
- Review project drawings, specifications, schedules, and authority guidelines
- Prepare and monitor project timelines, workflows, manpower plans, and progress reports
- Ensure strict adherence to UAE building codes, HSE regulations, and quality standards
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and external stakeholders for seamless project execution
- Conduct regular site inspections to track progress, safety compliance, and quality control
- Identify project risks, delays, and technical challenges and implement corrective measures
- Handle client, consultant, and authority coordination, including inspections and approvals
- Monitor material usage, wastage control, and budget adherence throughout project phases
- Report project status, challenges, and resource requirements to senior management
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of proven UAE experiencein construction and MEP project management
- Strong track record managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience leading teams of 50 100 workers in a contracting environment
- Excellent knowledge of UAE construction standards, authority approvals, and site practices
- Strong communication, leadership, and workforce management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive decision-making skills
