Project Manager Mid-Rise Residential Projects | Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Salary: AED 25,000 40,000
We are looking for a strong Project Manager with proven experience delivering mid-rise residential developments in Dubai. Candidates must have worked with reputable developers such as Sobha, Damac, Azizi, Arada, Imtiaz, or similar United Arab Emirates based developers. This role requires full lifecycle project delivery experience, from design coordination and authority approvals through to construction, testing & commissioning, and final handover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects through all phases: design, approvals, procurement, construction, and handover.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Oversee main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Monitor construction progress, control costs, manage variations, and review/certify contractor payments.
- Ensure compliance with Dubai authorities including Dubai Municipality, Dubai Civil Defense, DDA, and Trakhees.
- Conduct regular site meetings and provide detailed progress reports to senior management.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Drive HSE compliance, QA/QC standards, snagging, testing & commissioning, and final close-out.
Requirements:
- Proven track record delivering mid-rise residential projects in Dubai
- Strong understanding of local regulations, authority approvals, and developer standards.
- Experience managing budgets, contracts, and stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent leadership and coordination skills.
- Arabic Speakers Preferred
