A Construction Superintendent (Structure) oversees the structural components of construction projects, ensuring they are built safely, on schedule, and according to specifications. They manage site teams, coordinate subcontractors, plan work processes, and ensure compliance with quality and safety regulations.
Qualification And Experience Required
- An Engineering Degree from a recognized university.
- Minimum 18 years of experience in which 10 years should be in the oil and gas industry
- Experience in fabrication activities for the offshore projects.
- Extensive experience in structural construction and site supervision.
- Strong knowledge of safety standards and construction processes.
- Ability to manage teams, solve technical issues, and interact with subcontractors.
- ADNOC experience is an added advantage.
