Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed examination and analysis of tissue specimens to diagnose pathological conditions
- Interpret laboratory test results including hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, and molecular diagnostics
- Collaborate with clinicians to provide comprehensive diagnostic insights and support patient management plans
- Maintain high standards in laboratory procedures, ensuring quality control and regulatory compliance
- Prepare detailed pathology reports and maintain accurate medical documentation
- Stay current with advancements in clinical and anatomical pathology and implement best practices
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff and medical personnel
Requirements
- Medical degree from an accredited institution with specialization in Clinical and Anatomical Pathology
- Board certification in Clinical and Anatomical Pathology
- Valid medical license to practice in the Gulf region
- Extensive experience in both clinical laboratory diagnostics and anatomical pathology
- Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, quality assurance, and compliance standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary medical team
