Role Overview:

Support the executive office leadership on various strategic and digital transformation initiatives and projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Support executive office leadership on various strategic and digital transformation initiatives and projects.
  • Manage project and task execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
  • Perform assigned research and analysis tasks related to digital topics.
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings related to team scope projects.
  • Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
  • Support team leadership in reporting to various stakeholders.
  • Confer with project stakeholders to identify and resolve problems.

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of experience in digital transformation, project management, or a related field.
  • Proven successful experience in an internationally recognised strategy or management consulting firm.
  • Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives and projects.
  • Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Strong research and analysis skills, with the ability to synthesise information and prepare reports.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
