Danat Al Emarat is a world-class specialty women's and children's hospital in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. It offers advanced medical services across specialties including Neonatology, Pediatrics, Obstetrics & Gynecology, and Women's Health. The hospital is one of the very few to encompass a dedicated Fetal Medicine Department along with a full-fledged Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in the UAE. This has established Danat Al Emarat as a regional referral center for women with high-risk pregnancies, supported by its Level III NICU providing care for the most fragile newborns.

We are seeking an experienced Gynecology-Oncology Consultant to join our distinguished Women's Health team at Danat Al Emarat Hospital.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise across general obstetrics and gynecology, with proven experience in gynaeoncology and a commitment to delivering exceptional, patientcentered care.

A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in Abu Dhabi is required, along with recognized CCT or CCST qualifications. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring safe maternal outcomes, managing complex obstetric and gynecological cases, and maintaining the highest clinical standards within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver highquality obstetric care across antenatal, labor & delivery, and postnatal services.
  • Manage routine and highrisk pregnancies, obstetric emergencies, and complex gynecology cases.
  • Provide specialized expertise in GynaeOncology, including evaluation and management of suspected or confirmed gynecologic malignancies.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless, compassionate patient care.
  • Contribute to clinical governance, quality assurance, and evidencebased practice.
  • Support the continuous enhancement of obstetric services within the department.

Qualifications

  • BoardCertified Gynecology-Oncology Consultant.
  • CCT/CCST or equivalent recognized qualification required.
  • Minimum 5 years of obstetrics-focused experience in Abu Dhabi.
  • Demonstrated experience in gynaeoncology.
  • Proven expertise in managing routine and highrisk obstetric cases.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and patient engagement skills.
  • Eligibility for DOH Consultant licensure.
