We are seeking an experienced, boardcertified Plastic Surgeon to join a leading healthcare provider in Qatar. The ideal candidate will deliver a full range of reconstructive and aesthetic procedures, with strong clinical judgment, excellent patient communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Arabic language proficiency is essential to support patient engagement and enhance service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a wide spectrum of cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery procedures.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, treatment planning, and followup care.
- Ensure high standards of surgical safety, patient satisfaction, and clinical outcomes.
- Collaborate with dermatology, ENT, maxillofacial, and other specialties as needed.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Participate in service development, quality improvement, and clinical governance activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Board certification in Plastic Surgery (or equivalent).
- Minimum 57 years postqualification experience in a reputable hospital or surgical center.
- Proven expertise in aesthetic and reconstructive procedures.
- Arabic fluency required; English proficiency preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to patientcentered care.
- Eligibility for licensing with the Qatar Ministry of Public Health.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in advanced aesthetic procedures (face, breast, body contouring).
- Familiarity with minimally invasive techniques and laserbased treatments.
- Ability to manage complex reconstructive cases.
