Engagement Type: Consulting / Advisory (Project-based or Retainer)
Role Purpose
The Consultant will support the development and enhancement of Tabadul's post-trade infrastructure, focusing on settlement, custody, and clearing frameworks across participating exchanges. The role aims to ensure efficient, secure, and scalable post-trade processes to support cross-border trading through Tabadul.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and enhance Tabadul post-trade infrastructure
- Develop and optimize DVP (Delivery versus Payment) and Custodian models
- Support implementation of cross-border settlement frameworks
- Establish operational procedures for clearing and settlement activities
- Design the framework for CCP integration across participating markets
- Coordinate with custodians, clearing houses, exchanges, and regulators
- Develop post-trade processes for new asset classes
- Define operational workflows for trade confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation
- Support risk management frameworks related to settlement and clearing
- Align Tabadul post-trade operations with international best practices

Required Experience
- 10+ years experience in post-trade operations, clearing, settlement, or custody
- Strong knowledge of DVP models, custodianship, and clearing structures
- Experience working with CCPs, exchanges, custodians, and regulators
- Knowledge of cross-border settlement mechanisms
