Requirements

Experience: 5-8 years of experience in consulting, with expertise in business transformation (strategy, digital, customer experience) or corporate excellence (processes, governance, performance management), or related fields.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage teams and lead projects to successful outcomes.

Client Management: Experience in managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both Arabic and English.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering effective solutions.
