Role Description
This is a field-based role for a Consulting Sales Representative covering the UAE market, based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. The role involves generating leads, building relationships, and closing consulting engagements with government entities and enterprises. Responsibilities include leveraging an existing network to secure meetings with decision-makers, conducting discovery conversations, presenting Planaletix capabilities, collaborating on proposals, and managing the full sales cycle. The ideal candidate is a well-connected, self-driven business development professional with a strong network in UAE government or enterprise and a genuine interest in AI and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and pursue consulting opportunities with government entities and enterprises across Dubai and Abu Dhabi
Leverage your existing network to generate warm introductions and meetings with decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, Directors of Innovation, IT Directors)
Conduct discovery meetings to understand client challenges, priorities, and budgets
Present Planaletix capabilities and service offerings to prospective clients
Collaborate with Planaletix leadership to develop tailored proposals and statements of work
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to proposal to close
Track pipeline in CRM and provide regular pipeline reports
Represent Planaletix at industry events, conferences, and networking functions in the UAE and GCC region.
Qualifications
Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills with a consultative sales approach
Proven ability to open doors and generate meetings with senior decision-makers in government and enterprise
Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results
Understanding of consulting services, IT services, or professional services sales cycles and pricing models
Knowledge of AI, digital transformation, data strategy, or technology consulting (you don't need to be technical, but you need to speak the language)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
Experience working within the GCC region is essential
Essential Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in the UAE and GCC market
Existing network of contacts in UAE/GCC government entities and/or large enterprises
Understanding of consulting services, IT services, or professional services sales cycles
Fluent in Arabic and English (essential for government outreach in the UAE/GCC)
Based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi with ability to attend in-person meetings
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment

Engagement:: Full Time
Compensation:: Attractive commission structure + fixed salary
Location:: UAE-based (Dubai or Abu Dhabi) is a MUST; in-person client meetings required
Travel: Availability to travel within GCC as required (all expenses are paid by the company)
