Role: Customer Service Executive
Project Duration: 2 months (Ramadan project)
Business Hours:
During Ramadan: 6 hours per day
Post-Ramadan: 9 hours per day (rotational shifts)
Working Days: 6 days a week
Weekly Off: Sunday (fixed)
Overtime: Applicable
Gender: Open to both male and female candidates
Language Requirement: English + Arabic (mandatory)
Salary: AED 4,000
Mandatory details/Skills-
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, conduct surveys, or provide updates as required.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department.
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to call centre etiquette.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and system updates.
