We are seeking a Fluent English Speaker for a full-time Contact Center role at LIPS Healthcare. This position will be based on-site in Heliopolis. Responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound calls, assisting patients with inquiries, scheduling consultations, providing accurate information about services, and addressing patient concerns with empathy and professionalism. The role also requires maintaining accurate records of patient data and ensuring a seamless communication experience.

• Proficient spoken and written English communication skills
• Customer service experience and ability to handle inquiries effectively
• Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• Problem-solving skills and a patient-centric attitude
• Proficiency in relevant computer systems and tools to manage data and communication
• Experience in healthcare or medical customer services is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education is preferred
