Purpose of Job:
Support the execution and control of all CY inventory operations. Ensure accuracy of stock levels, scanning, labeling, location management and system updates to secure a smooth flow of CKD parts for HMMME production without shortages or mismatches.
Essential Job Functions and Performance Standard:
- Ensure all CKD parts are accurately received, labeled and located within the warehouse inventory system.
- Perform routine stock counting cycles (daily, weekly and monthly) to maintain system accuracy.
- Monitor inventory discrepancies and investigate root causes with relevant teams.
- Control material movements between receiving, unpacking, case rack and picking areas.
- Ensure scanning accuracy and update system records in real time.
- Coordinate with operation supervisors regarding shortages, misplacements and urgent requirements.
- Ensure expired, damaged or incorrect parts are properly reported and quarantined.
- Monitor inventory storage conditions and ensure compliance with safety guidelines.
- Support continuous improvement activities to increase accuracy and reduce inventory loss.
- Prepare daily and weekly inventory reports for management.
- Ensure team adherence to SOPs, WI and safety standards.
- Work closely with QC and unpacking teams to verify material conditions and part numbers.
- Oversee inventory field coordinators during daily tasks and ensure timely completion of counting and scanning cycles.
- KSA local laws and HMMME internal regulations related to safety and environment must be strictly followed.
Work Environment:
Exposed to all outdoor elements including heat, cold, rain, insects, and other conditions, which may exist from time to time.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; or relevant work experience in logistics, warehousing or inventory management.
License/Certificates:
Active driver's license issued by KSA without restrictions.
Physical:
Long periods of standing, walking, bending, climbing racks and handling parts.
Experience:
Two (2) years experience in inventory control, warehouse operations or automotive logistics preferred.
