Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop engaging content for social media platforms and digital channels in line with brand guidelines.
Create written, visual, and video content based on the approved content plan.
Coordinate with the Marketing and relevant departments to gather information and develop accurate content.
Produce and edit photos, videos, graphics, captions, and other digital content as required.
Maintain consistency in brand identity, tone of voice, and visual standards across all content.
Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to identify relevant content opportunities.
Manage and publish content according to the approved content calendar and deadlines.
Monitor content performance and prepare reports on engagement, reach, views, and other relevant metrics.
Analyze content results and recommend improvements to increase audience engagement and brand awareness.
Ensure all published content is accurate, timely, and aligned with company objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Advertising, Graphic Design, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in Content Creation, Social Media, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Good knowledge of social media platforms and digital content trends.
Good understanding of content creation, copywriting, photography, and short-form video content.
Basic to good proficiency in content creation and editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or CapCut.
Basic understanding of brand identity and content marketing principles.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Creative mindset with strong storytelling and idea-generation skills.
Coordinate with the Marketing and relevant departments to gather information and develop accurate content.
