Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities (TDR)
Below is a list of material responsibilities and essential duties that must be completed to achieve the objectives of this position.
Writing, reviewing, and editing product descriptions in English & Arabic to help customers become familiar with the richness of product data and thus positively influencing their buying decision
Research product-related information to prepare well-drafted and informative content that adds reliability and credibility, which are vital for customer engagement
Submit work to editors/seniors for input and approval in the given timeframe
Enriching the catalog with comprehensive attributes & filters to improve product discovery on the app/web
Follow up on Boutiqaat objectives and be keen on the organization's mission and vision to inspire good ideas and content
Follow up structured content creation by understanding the brand, the audience, and SEO requirements.
Identifying customers needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the company's content.
Work on special projects as required including translating video scripts, and newsletters, and maintaining internal resources.

6. Excellent writing and editing skills in English / Arabic.
7. An ability to fact-check long-form content pieces.
8. Time-management skills.
9. Familiarity with SEO.
10. Ability to deliver high-end quality content while adhering to deadlines.
11. Interest in learning and sharing new writing trends and tools.
