Job Summary
The Content Creator (Videography, Photography) is responsible for planning and producing engaging photo, video, and script content to promote properties, projects, and the company brand across digital channels. This position requires capturing and editing high-quality visual content of properties and amenities for listings, social media, and the company website. The Content Creator will produce reels, walkthrough tours, before-and-after clips, and neighborhood highlight videos to support leasing and sales efforts. This role requires strong technical skills in videography and photography, creativity, and the ability to showcase space, layout, and property features through effective angles, lighting, and smooth video movements.
Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
- Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos of properties and amenities for listings, social media, and the company website
- Produce reels, walkthrough tours, before-and-after clips, and neighborhood highlight videos to support leasing and sales
- Coordinate with agents/leasing team to schedule shoots and ensure accurate visual representation of each property
- Maintain a visual library of property and lifestyle content for ongoing campaigns, ads, and seasonal sales
- Showcase space, layout, and property features through effective angles, lighting, and smooth video movements
- Create engaging social media content optimized for various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Strong videography and photography skills with proven ability to capture high-quality visual content
- Excellent understanding of lighting, composition, and video production techniques
- Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content trends (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Strong creative and artistic vision with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
- Immediate availability to join
- Portfolio demonstrating talent and creativity in videography and photography
- Knowledge of additional video editing software (Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
- Understanding motion graphics and animation
