Role Description The Content Creator is a full-time, on-site role based at Sheraton El Matar. This role involves planning, creating, and optimizing engaging content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns. Daily tasks include brainstorming concepts with the creative and strategy teams, writing and editing copy, coordinating with designers and videographers, and adapting content to fit different formats and audiences. The Content Creator also monitors performance metrics, researches trends, and suggests improvements to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement. The role requires close collaboration with marketing and client service teams to ensure all content aligns with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.

• Strong skills in content creation, including copywriting, storytelling, and basic content editing across digital and print formats.
• Ability to develop and refine content strategies that support broader marketing and advertising goals.
• Experience working with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts, such as audience targeting and engagement optimization.
• Comfort with basic visual content workflows, collaborating with designers, videographers, and other creative professionals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and consistency in tone and style.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work on-site in Sheraton El Matar and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in a marketing agency or creative consultancy is an advantage.
