Job Description

Content Development:

  • Develop and create creative social media content for different social media platforms; required in English and Arabic language.
  • Come up with different social media content and campaigns to drive engagement.
  • Propose new ideas and concepts for social media content.
  • Develop compelling video content for different social media platforms.
  • Provide Account Managers and Marketing Manager with a monthly Marketing Copy for all social media content.

Research:

  • Maintain awareness of competitor social media strategy.
  • Continually test and evaluate new social and content strategies, tactics, and partnerships to drive traffic to website, Engagement and reach on social platforms.
  • Set specific objectives and report findings to Marketing Manager.
  • Conducting keyword analysis and optimizing content utilizing SEO guidelines.
  • Proofreading and copyediting pieces of writing before publishing them.

Content Promotion & Strategy Development:

Utilizing various channels to promote the created content and reach a wider audience.

Contributing to the development of content marketing strategies and campaigns.

Reporting & Compliance:

  • Track and analyze content performance to report to Account Managers to evaluate the validity of your content.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports for management.

Collaboration:

  • Work in-partnership with the account managers to incorporate the content plan into the department's strategy plan.
  • Working closely with marketing, and other teams to plan and execute content strategies.

Qualifications:

  • BA in Marketing or any related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a content creator.
  • Excellent command of both English and Arabic Languages
  • A good understanding of the main social media channels such as; Facebook, Twitter, Instagram.
  • Ability to create visually engaging content.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills are essential.
  • Excellent customer care skills. Strong communication skills.
  • Previous marketing/social media experience in health & fitness industry is highly preferred.
  • Great research, organizational, and learning skills
  • Creative and innovative thinker and planner.
