Job Description
The Content Creator & Social Media Specialist will be responsible for producing high-quality content, managing social platforms, supporting CRM & Media Buying communication needs, and ensuring consistent brand messaging.
The role requires creativity, fast execution, strong writing skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Content Execution
- Write captions, short scripts, and content concepts according to weekly/monthly plans.
- Publish and schedule posts across all platforms.
- Maintain consistency with the brand's identity and visual guidelines.
- CRM Messaging
- Write push notifications, in-app messages, email copy, and SMS text.
- Adapt tone and wording based on segment behavior & offer type.
- Coordinate with CRM team to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Media Buying Support
- Write ad copy variations for Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Display.
- Align messaging with the targeting strategy shared by the Media Buying team.
- Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Reel Content Creators to align scripts and concepts.
- Coordinate with Graphic Designers for requested visual assets.
- Collaborate with the Community Management team to keep tone consistent across user responses.
- Campaign Support
- Assist in messaging and content for on-ground activations and outdoor campaigns.
- Support the production of printed materials (flyers, stand branding, booth messages).
- Participate in coordinating with agencies as needed.
Qualifications & Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Content Creator, or similar role.
- Understanding of social trends, audience behavior, and online communication styles.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, TikTok, YouTube, and scheduling tools.
- Experience working on multi-market content (Egypt/KSA/Oman) is a plus.

- Excellent command of Arabic & English writing.

- Ability to work under pressure and deliver quickly.
- Basic design knowledge (Canva/Photoshop) is a plus.
