We're Hiring: Video & Social Media Content Creator
We're looking for a creative and driven Video & Social Media Content Creator to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating, editing, and publishing engaging video content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social channels.
You should have a strong eye for visuals, a feel for trends, and the ability to turn ideas into scroll-stopping content that connects with our target audience and highlights our brand and products.
Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms
- Create short-form and long-form video content aligned with current trends and brand guidelines
- Write engaging captions, hooks, and basic marketing copy for social media posts
- Publish content consistently and manage posting schedules across platforms
- Monitor engagement (likes, comments, shares, saves) and optimize content performance
- Adapt content for different platforms while maintaining a consistent brand voice
- Stay up to date with social media trends, formats, and algorithm changes
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Media, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Video Content Creator, Social Media Content Creator, or similar role
- Strong videography, photography, and video editing skills
- Hands-on experience with editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, After Effects, etc.)
- Solid understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube content strategies
- Basic knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and social media optimization
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Salary = AED 3,000
