Role Description

The Content Creator is responsible for developing and producing high-quality, engaging content across various digital platforms. This role involves creating text, image, and video content that aligns with the agency's brand voice, supports marketing campaigns, and enhances audience engagement. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and stays ahead of digital trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and produce creative content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
  • Generate original ideas, scripts, and storyboards for video and photo shoots.
  • Write engaging captions, posts, blogs, and marketing copy that reflect the brand's tone and objectives.
  • Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to create cohesive visual storytelling.
  • Plan, film, and edit short-form videos and reels optimized for social platforms.
  • Conduct content research and trend analysis to keep brand content relevant and competitive.
  • Maintain a content calendar ensuring consistent posting and alignment with campaigns.
  • Optimize content for SEO, engagement, and conversions.
  • Monitor analytics and audience feedback to improve future content performance.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas for marketing campaigns and brand strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Cap Cut, Premiere Pro, Photoshop).
  • Basic photography and video editing skills.
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles and SEO basics.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Fluent in English
