Content Creator (Real Estate)

We are seeking a talented Content Creator to join a dynamic marketing team within the real estate industry. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high quality, engaging, and informative content that promotes real estate brands, projects, and services while strengthening online presence. Your creativity and strategic thinking will play a key role in attracting, educating, and retaining target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Create compelling content for multiple platforms, including blog articles, social media, websites, property listings, and marketing materials

Conduct in-depth research on real estate topics, market trends, and industry insights to ensure content accuracy and relevance

Collaborate with marketing, branding, and creative teams to develop content strategies aligned with business objectives and real estate brand positioning

Prepare clear and detailed creative briefs for the design and visual teams, translating content ideas into effective visuals, layouts, and creative assets

Edit and proofread content to maintain consistency in tone, style, and messaging

Optimize content for SEO to improve search visibility and drive organic traffic

Monitor and analyze content performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

Engage with online communities and audiences to build trust, credibility, and brand loyalty within the real estate market

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field

Minimum of 2 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing, preferably within real estate or related industries

Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with high attention to detail

Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and basic graphic design tools

Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to measure and evaluate content performance is a plus

Creative mindset with the ability to develop fresh ideas and innovative storytelling approaches tailored to real estate audiences
