The Role
We're looking for a versatile and visually-driven Content Creator to bring our brands to life across multiple platforms. You'll own the full content cycle from ideation and production to editing and delivery creating work that's not just good-looking, but strategically sharp. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thinks in frames and speaks fluently across video, photography, and design.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute photo and video shoots for social media, marketing campaigns, and brand storytelling
- Edit and deliver polished video content tailored for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond
- Design graphics, thumbnails, and visual assets that align with each brand's identity
- Capture authentic behind-the-scenes moments from office life, events, and brand activations
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop and execute compelling content concepts
- Maintain visual consistency across all content every asset should feel on-brand and intentional
- Contribute across multiple brands and projects simultaneously, adapting your style to each
What You Bring
- Proven experience in videography and photography, with a portfolio to show for it
- Confident in video editing tools Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar
- Solid grasp of graphic design software Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent
- A genuine understanding of social media trends and what makes content perform
- Strong instincts for lighting, composition, and visual storytelling
- The ability to work independently, take initiative, and bring fresh ideas to the table
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools is a plus
Bonus if You Have
- Motion graphics experience
- Drone videography skills
- A background in social media content strategy
- Hands-on experience with AI content generation tools
