Role Description

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in visual design and digital content production; excel in creating high-quality visual assets for social media, marketing campaigns, and internal/external communications. In addition to producing static visual content, the role also requires basic video editing skills to support short-form multimedia needs across the company. This position focuses on delivering engaging, brand-aligned content across multiple platforms.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality visual content for social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, flyers, event materials, and corporate communication.
  • Create layouts, illustrations, icons, and visual elements using advanced design tools.
  • Adapt visual assets into multiple formats and dimensions for different platforms.
  • Ensure all visual outputs align with brand guidelines and identity across subsidiaries and projects.
  • Develop digital designs for web, social, email, and internal platforms.
  • Prepare final files for print and digital distribution according to required specifications.
  • Maintain a library of reusable templates, brand elements, and design assets.
  • Edit and assemble short-form videos for social media, event coverage, and internal communication.
  • Apply simple transitions, captions, overlays, and basic motion graphics.
  • Organize and manage video project files and raw assets.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to support campaign concepts and creative direction.
  • Work with the marketing team to translate briefs into visual content that aligns with project goals.
  • Repurpose existing content into new formats to increase reach and engagement.
  • Adapt designs into multiple formats for different platforms.
  • Work with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas for social and digital campaigns.
  • Support content planning with visuals that boost engagement and storytelling.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Media, Digital Arts, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in digital content creation, visual media, or similar creative roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent design tools.
  • Practical knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Cap Cut or similar.
  • Strong understanding of visual composition, branding, color theory, typography, and digital design principles.
  • Ability to develop creative concepts and execute across multiple formats.
  • Understanding of social media content requirements and trends.
  • Basic knowledge of AI creation tools such as Midjourney, Dall E, Google is a competitive advantage.
