We're looking for a Content Design Manager to drive high-quality creative work across internal initiatives and protect brand consistency across all materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and oversee design output for corporate branding, internal campaigns, and identity/logo work
- Maintain and apply brand standards across presentations and communications
- Design and polish leadership-level decks (PowerPoint/Keynote)
- Collaborate with teams across Marketing, Product, HR, and senior stakeholders to deliver strong visual content
- Organize and manage templates, brand files, and core design assets
- Review and guide work from junior designers or external creatives when required
- Leverage AI-based design tools where helpful to improve speed and creativity
Requirements
- 8+ years experience in brand/visual/content design or creative direction
- Strong portfolio showing branding/identity work and presentation design
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and PowerPoint
- Excellent eye for typography, layout, and detail
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Motion design / animation capability
- Experience with AI creative tools (Midjourney, DALLE, Runway, etc.)
