Job Description

The Content Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, and overseeing the execution of all brand content across social media, digital platforms, and marketing campaigns.

  • You will work closely with designers, copywriters, videographers, and the marketing team to ensure content aligns with the brand's voice, strategy, and business goals.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and execute a comprehensivecontent strategyaligned with the brand's positioning and marketing objectives.
  • Create and manage amonthly content calendaracross all platforms.
  • Identify newcontent angles, storytelling formats, and campaign ideas.
Content Production Management
  • Lead the production process of content includingReels, videos, social posts, and campaigns.
  • Coordinate withdesigners, copywriters, photographers, and video editors.
  • Ensure consistency intone, style, and brand messagingacross all content.
Creative Development
  • Brainstorm and developinnovative content ideasthat resonate with the target audience.
  • Participate increative direction for shoots, campaigns, and visual storytelling.
  • Guide content teams on hooks, formats, and storytelling structure.
Platform Management
  • Oversee content performance acrossInstagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
  • Ensure content is optimized for each platform'sformat, algorithm, and audience behavior.
Performance & Optimization
  • Track content performance metrics such asreach, engagement, retention, and conversions.
  • Analyze data and optimize future content strategies based on performance insights.
QualificationsEducation
  • Bachelor's degree inMarketing, Media, Communications, Journalism, or a related field(preferred but not mandatory if experience is strong).
Experience
  • 35 years of experiencein content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
  • Experience working withbrands, agencies, or content-driven businesses.
  • Proven ability to plan and managemulti-platform content strategies.
Skills
  • Strong understanding ofsocial media platforms and content trends.
  • Ability to developengaging storytelling and creative concepts.
  • Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Technical Knowledge
  • Familiarity withcontent analytics toolsand social media insights.
  • Understanding ofvideo content formats and production workflows.
  • Experience working withcontent calendars and task management systems(Notion, Asana, Trello, etc.).
Preferred Qualities
  • Passion forfashion, lifestyle, and digital culture.
  • Deep understanding ofcontent psychology and audience engagement.
  • Ability to identifyviral content formats and emerging trends.
  • Strong creative instincts combined with analytical thinking.
