We're looking for aContent Marketer (Saudi Market)who's equal partscreator and marketer someone who can translate insights into stories, and stories into measurable growth. You'll design campaigns that convert bothminds and metrics: crafting the creative vision while managing the full funnel of awareness, engagement, and user acquisition.
An entrepreneurial spirit, creative problem-solving, and an ownership mentality are essential.
(Also, a love of memes is a big plus we take humor seriously.)
Campaign & Growth Strategy
- Develop and executeintegrated marketing campaigns from digital to on-ground to grow UULA's brand presence and acquire new users.
- Buildchannel strategies(social, paid media, influencer, partnerships, events) based on audience insights and budget priorities.
- Design and run experiments that testcreative angles, hooks, and offersto optimize user acquisition.
- Align creative direction with growth metrics every idea should serve both brand and business goals.
Content & Creative Direction
- Leadcreative ideation sessionsand turn insights intostoryboards, scripts, and hooksfor ads and organic content.
- Manage content production end-to-end frombrief to shoot to edit ensuring each asset delivers impact and consistency.
- Collaborate with creators, editors, and agencies to executefast-moving, trend-aligned campaigns.
- Translate marketing messages into emotional, visual, and relatable storytellingthat resonates with Saudi youth.
Brand & Cultural Relevance
- Keep UULA at the heart ofSaudi culture, humor, and education trends online and offline.
- Build long-termbrand equitythrough campaigns that strengthen trust, relatability, and a distinct brand voice.
- Find & work with localcontent creators & animators, generating several brand advocates.
Performance & Insights
- Monitor campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversion, ROI) and turn results intoactionable insights.
- Identify what worked and what didn't to iterate fast, balancing data with creative intuition.
- Collaborate with product and analytics teams to understand user behavior andcraft messages that convert.
Requirements
- 35 years of experience inmarketing, growth, or content strategy, or proven success creatingviral, high-performing campaigns.
- Native Arabic speaker fluent in Saudi dialect and digital culture.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, channel planning, and acquisition strategy.
- Proven creative instincts: ability to concept, write, and storyboardad ideas that perform.
- Deep understanding ofSaudi youth trends, humor, and cultural touchpoints.
- Self-starter with strong organizational and problem-solving skills can take a campaign from idea to launch independently.
Nice to Have
- Background inboth content creation and marketing strategy(brand, agency, or influencer experience).
- Proficiency withCanva, Figma, CapCut, or Adobe tools.
- Experience managing social, influencer, or event-based campaigns.
- Experience in education, youth, or tech sectors.
- Passion for memes, pop culture, and using humor as a growth tool.
