Job Purpose
We areseekinga highly motivated and execution-focusedSocial Media& Content Specialist to supportWisuno'sglobal marketing efforts across multiple regions and languages. This is a strong opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with mandatory experience in Forex or FinTech and a passion for digital marketing to take ownership of social media and content execution in a regulated, fast-paced environment. You will be instrumental in managingWisuno'ssocial media presence, creating and adapting Arabic-led content, ensuring brand consistency, and driving engagement across various digital channels while supporting the company's international growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute Wisuno's social media strategy across key regions including Africa,
MENA, and Asia.
Manage day-to-day operations of Wisuno's official social media channels including
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube, LinkedIn, and Telegram.
Create, manage, and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns and
regional priorities.
Develop and adapt marketing content, overseeing localization across markets in
coordination with translation resources as required.
Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, regulatory requirements, and FX industry
standards.
Coordinate with design teams to produce visually engaging and on-brand creative
assets.
Plan and oversee paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn, optimizing for
engagement, lead generation, and ROI.
Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics including reach, engagement, CPL,
and ROI.
Engage with online audiences, respond to messages and comments promptly, and
monitor brand sentiment.
Lead community-building and influencer initiatives, particularly within Arabic-speaking
markets.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal compliance
guidelines across all social media activities.
Skills & Qualifications
Arabic speaker (mandatory) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience managing social media for brands within
Forex, FinTech, or Financial Services (mandatory).
Proven experience managing multi-market or multilingual social media accounts.
Strong content writing and copywriting skills, particularly for Arabic-speaking
audiences.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign
Manager.
Ability to use content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Data-driven mindset with a focus on performance, optimization, and growth.
Additional language proficiency (English, French, Swahili, etc.) is a plus.

Quality, consistency, and effectiveness of Arabic and localized content.
Performance and ROI of paid social media campaigns.
