Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Content Specialist/Shadow Content Creator to work closely with our founder, Dr. Nilly shams and the leadership team capturing stories, building digital presence, and shaping how our brand connects with millions of followers. [7M+]
This role offers hands-on exposure, accelerated learning, and real ownership in a high-growth & fast-paced environment.
Whom You'll be Shadowing
Our founder, Dr. Nilly Shams, is a renowned Clinical Nutrition & Public Health Consultant, Certified Health Coach, and thought leader with a strong digital presence across platforms guiding millions through practical, science-based insights on nutrition and wellbeing.
What You Will Do
- Shadow Dr. Nilly in daily activities.
- Act as a trusted creative partner anticipating opportunities, trends, and moments.
- Capture high-quality photo and video content in real time.
- Edit and optimize content for multiple platforms.
- Manage publishing, scheduling, and engagement across social channels.
- Maintain brand consistency and storytelling quality.
- Monitor analytics and continuously improve performance.
- Support creative planning and campaign execution.
- Represent the brand professionally in daily operations and events.
What You Bring/Qualifications
- Strong skills in mobile videography, photography, and editing.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and digital tools. [Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, Google platforms, and LinkedIn]
- Strong visual sense and storytelling mindset.
- Good English communication skills (written and spoken).
- High organization, reliability, and adaptability.
- Professional presence and strong interpersonal skills.
- Relevant education or training in media, digital marketing, or content creation.
- Based in Alexandria with flexibility to travel.
