Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Continental Commi, located in Saudi Arabia. The Continental Commi will assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes, ensuring adherence to the restaurant's high-quality standards. Daily responsibilities include food preparation, maintaining cleanliness by following proper hygiene standards, supporting senior chefs in culinary tasks, and collaborating effectively with team members to ensure seamless kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• Strong Food Preparation, Cooking, and Culinary Skills to precisely follow recipes and prepare high-quality dishes
• Knowledge of food Hygiene and safety standards to ensure compliance with all health regulations
• Effective Communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
• Passion for culinary arts and willingness to learn and grow within the team
• Previous experience in a professional kitchen or hospitality industry is a plus
• Flexibility to work in a high-pressure, customer-focused environment.
• Strong knowledge on continental cuisine.
