Continuous Improvement Specialist

Accountabilities

• Execute CI initiatives and monitor progress
• Assist in analyzing performance data and identifying process gaps
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address operational inefficiencies
• Support implementation of best practices across divisions
• Promote process standardization and knowledge sharing
• Document current processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Support root cause analysis and action plan development
• Track performance indicators and report results
• Help implement new workflows and measure effectiveness
• Contribute to workshops, process redesign, and Continuous Improvement culture building

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in a Process Improvement in Supply Chain environment
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification preferred
• Working knowledge of Lean and continuous improvement tool
• Good understanding of supply chain functions and KPI
• Analytical and problem-solving skill
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools (Excel, Power Point, Power BI, etc.)
• Familiarity with project work and cross-functional collaboration
• Aviation or MRO experience is advantageous but not mandatory
