A leading international contractor is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join its commercial team in Riyadh, working on the delivery of a high-profile, prestigious headquarters development. This role would suit a driven and detail-focused Contract Administrator looking to advance their career on a major international project in the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities
- Administration and management of the main contract and sub-contracts
- Issuing and managing Notices of Delay, maintaining delay registers, and preparing Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
- Programme Management and Delay Analysis:
- Perform Time Impact Analysis (TIA) or other delay analysis methods to demonstrate how delays impact the critical path and project completion.
- Proficiency in identifying affected activities, assessing their criticality, and preparing substantiated EOT claims with supporting documentation.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Law, or a related discipline
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator on large-scale building projects
- Proven track record in managing claims and EOT processes on large-scale EPC projects, ideally in complex environments such as NEOM, Red Sea, Qiddiya, or similar developments.
- Technical Expertise: Familiarity with construction planning and scheduling tools, such as Primavera P6, and the ability to work closely with planners to assess programme impacts.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with project teams and clients
