Key Responsibilities
- Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project
- Prepare and maintain cost control systems, including budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analysis
- Track project progress and identify risks, delays, and mitigation plans
- Perform schedule and cost variance analysis with corrective actions
- Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and dashboards for management
- Develop baseline schedules with resource and cost loading
- Monitor expenditures and evaluate actual vs planned costs
- Conduct Earned Value Analysis (EVA) reporting
- Support variation orders, claims, and change management
- Support development of mitigation and recovery plans.
- Track KPIs related to project performance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, and cost control principles
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
