We are seeking a qualified and experienced Contracts Administrator to support the post-award contract administration activities for Oil & Gas EPC projects. The successful candidate will ensure effective contract management, claims preparation, and timely project execution while maintaining compliance with contractual obligations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE/B.Tech).
- 58 years of experience in Oil & Gas construction/EPC companies.
- Prior ADNOC project experience is preferred.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Administer post-award contract requirements in alignment with project scope.
- Prepare Delay Event Notification Letters, EOT (Extention of time) claims, prolongation claims, and disruption claims.
- Perform productivity and delay analysis using Primavera P6.
- Prepare contractual correspondence, reports, and documentation.
- Support subcontracting activities for Mechanical and E&I works.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive contractual records and logs.
Technical Competencies:
- Strong understanding of Oil & Gas construction contracts.
- Expertise in MS Excel, Word, and Primavera P6.
- Knowledge of Mechanical & E&I contracting processes.
