Role Overview:

Dar is seeking experienced and talented Senior Electrical Engineers with proven PMC expertise and strong design background to join its distinguished Engineering team.

Monitor contractual obligations and ensure all services are delivered in accordance with the contract terms, technical specifications, and agreed scope.

Review, analyze, and respond to contractor claims, variations, and change requests.

Draft, prepare, and manage formal correspondences related to contract management including letters, notices, and reports.

Maintain contract registers and logs for claims, instructions, disputes, and approvals.

Coordinate with legal, technical, and finance teams to ensure cross-functional alignment on contract matters.

Support the preparation of performance evaluations and payment certifications based on contract compliance.

Conduct contract risk assessments and provide mitigation strategies.

Participate in negotiation sessions and conflict resolution activities with contractors.

Ensure all contract documentation, approvals, and records are stored and maintained properly in compliance with audit requirements.

Advise project leadership on contractual risks, opportunities, and governance issues.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in contract administration or commercial management, ideally within large-scale O&M or FM projects.

Strong understanding of contract law, FIDIC, and public sector procurement frameworks.

Demonstrated experience managing claims, variations, and contractor correspondence.

Excellent communication, drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Familiarity with project documentation systems and records management best practices.

Familiarity with KSA procurement and tendering laws, and related government regulations.

Required Years of Experience:

  • 10 years

Preferred Professional Certifications:

FIDIC Certification, MRICS, PMP, or equivalent
