Contract Manager

My client is a leading international contractor who work on major projects all over the world. They are currently working on a huge stadium project in Riyadh for the upcoming world cup and are looking to recruit an experienced contracts manager To manage all contractual and commercial aspects of a stadium construction project under a Management Contracting model, ensuring compliance with contract terms, effective risk management, and alignment with project objectives. The role involves coordination between the client, management contractor, trade contractors, and consultants.

Candidates should have a degree in civil engineering or similar but should have a proven background working as a contracts manager on major building projects in the Middle East region. Experience of working on stadium or large sparts venues is valued.
