Review contract data and related documents to ensure accuracy as recorded in the CRM (Initial Review).
Oversee the creation and finalization cycles of all management contracts.
Support the Sales Contracts team by answering inquiries related to contracts and supporting documents throughout the contract preparation phase.
Notify all team members of any legal or internal process changes or updates.
Revise all newly received legal templates and communicate them to the team.
Notify related departments (Legal, Contracts, Developments, etc.) of requests received from clients.
Set department yearly plan and targets in coordination with the direct manager.
Prepare and submit forecasts for the department budget for discussion and approval by the direct manager.
Ensure adherence to all department processes, policies, and procedures by the team and Sales departments, from unit reservations with Sales Advisors to the final approved contract delivery to clients.
Inform Sales Managers of any changes in processes.
Assign sales tasks to the Sales Contracts team.
Receive client requests, delegate to team members, and ensure timely handling.
Receive all remarks regarding clients grace periods ending and notify the Legal Department.
Ensure that data in the CRM is consistently accurate and updated.
Suggest enhancements and developments for the CRM to add new features according to business needs in coordination with the technical department.
Conduct periodic meetings with the entire Sales Contracts team.
Prepare and submit all requested periodic reports.
Participate in recruiting and setting objectives for teams.
Coach, monitor, and evaluate team performance.
Job requirements:
Bachelor's degree.
Min. 10 years with proven experience in Contracts Department.
