About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Leadership Recruiter to support our Talent Acquisition team in managing the initial screening and assessment of senior and leadership-level talent across multiple functions.
The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to leadership hiring, excellent stakeholder and candidate assessment capabilities, and the ability to evaluate candidates beyond just resumes — including business impact, leadership maturity, cultural fit, and strategic alignment.
This is a fully remote role and requires someone who is highly proactive, responsive, organized, and capable of independently driving hiring conversations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage initial screening and evaluation of leadership and senior-level candidates
- Conduct detailed recruiter assessments to evaluate candidate suitability, communication, stability, leadership capability, and business impact
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to understand leadership hiring requirements
- Build and maintain strong leadership talent pipelines across industries and functions
- Conduct market mapping and talent research for critical and confidential mandates
- Evaluate candidates on commercial acumen, stakeholder management, team handling, scale of operations managed, and cultural alignment
- Prepare detailed candidate summaries and interview insights for business leaders
- Ensure strong candidate experience and engagement throughout the recruitment process
- Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-ups with senior stakeholders and candidates
- Maintain recruitment trackers, pipeline reports, and hiring updates with accuracy
- Support strategic hiring projects and leadership search mandates as required
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience in leadership and executive hiring
- Excellent screening and candidate assessment skills
- Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to assess leadership presence, business maturity, and organizational fit
- Strong market mapping and headhunting capabilities
- High attention to detail and strong documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
Preferred Background
- Experience in leadership hiring across Sales, Technology, Consulting, Staffing, Outsourcing, or Corporate Functions preferred
- Prior experience in executive search firms, RPOs, or in-house leadership hiring teams is highly preferred
- GCC/Middle East hiring exposure would be an added advantage
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Relevant certifications in Talent Acquisition or Executive Search would be an advantage
