Requirements:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in contracts management
- Proven leadership experience in managing contract teams and functions
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory
- Strong background in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and administering contracts
- Experience within government or semi-government entities is an advantage
- Candidates available to join immediately or within 30 days are preferred
