Contract Senior / Executive, Digital Informatics & Data HJO

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of digital, informatics, and data initiatives across the organisation.
• Manage the Digital Concierge platform, including coordination, triage, and governance of requests relating to digital solutions, data access, analytics, and informatics services.
• Engage stakeholders to understand business requirements and facilitate data, information, and digital solution requests.
• Support project delivery activities, including requirements gathering, workflow analysis, solution evaluation, implementation planning, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
• Support data governance activities, including data access, sharing, stewardship, and responsible use of organisational data.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on strategic digital, informatics, and data initiatives.
• Provide secretariat and administrative support to committees, steering groups, governance forums, and project workgroups.

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Management, Information Systems, Health Informatics, Business, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Min 2 years of relevant experience in digital transformation, informatics, data governance, healthcare operations, policy development, or project management.
• Good understanding of data governance, regulatory requirements, and frameworks relating to data use, sharing, and protection.
