This is an on-site, full-time role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Contract Specialist. The Contract Specialist will oversee and manage contractual agreements, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Responsibilities include drafting, negotiating, and maintaining contracts, analyzing terms and conditions, resolving contract-related issues, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organizational goals. The role requires a detail-oriented approach and clear communication to manage and optimize the contract process effectively.

• Strong expertise in Contractual Agreements and Contract Management
• Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and resolving contract issues
• Excellent Communication and collaboration skills
• Well-developed Analytical Skills for reviewing and analyzing contract terms
• Prior experience in handling legal documents or contracts is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
• Ability to work efficiently in an office setting in Cairo, Egypt
